Like most shoes, finding the best running shoe for your preferences will depend on unique factors like your foot, arches, goals, and stability needs. Another thing NB got right with the More v3 is the platform width. This is a wide shoe, at 119.2mm in the forefoot and 102.1mm in the heel (average shoes are 112.6mm/89.2mm) it’s super stable which is needed since the Fresh Foam historically in my opinion has been a touch too soft. A mighty fine premium upper here with the crude and rough feeling v2's and minimal heel counter replaced by a very soft engineered mesh and a stout and comfortable heel counter and collars. AUSTIN: Since the More 3 has a wider platform, my narrow foot felt a touch loose at times. However, this never led to any hot spots or blisters. Other than that, I’ve got no gripes. They felt soft, but not overly soft. I didn’t feel like I was sinking into them, there was actually some firmness in there. Upon getting them, I put them through the all-day test, and they were amazing. 17,000+ steps in that busy day, and my legs and feet felt fresh.

The material used on the upper is a double jacquard mesh which is flexible, and very breathable.
